Specialties
Pregnancy, Postpartum & Parenthood
The journey to and through parenthood can bring changes you never expected. Alongside moments of joy, it can also bring anxiety, grief, overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship changes, or a sense that this experience doesn't look or feel the way you thought it would.
Whether you’re trying to navigating fertility challenges, pregnant, experiencing pregnancy loss or birth related trauma, or adjusting to life after having a baby, therapy offers a place to find support. Perinatal mental health concerns, including postpartum anxiety and depression, can show up in ways you might not expect.
Grief & Loss
Grief isn't limited to the loss of a loved one. Grief can follow pregnancy loss, infertility, pet loss, relationship changes, or the loss of a future you imagined.
Whether your loss is visible to others or difficult to put into words, therapy offers a space to process your loss, honor what matters most, and begin moving forward at your own pace.
Trauma & PTSD
Not all trauma looks the same. Trauma can come from one overwhelming event or experiences that build over time. Whether it developed suddenly or gradually, its effects can influence the way you think, feel, and respond long after the experiences themselves have passed.
Healing is possible. Therapy provides a safe, collaborative space to process what you’ve been through and move towards a life that feels less defined by the past.
Anxiety & OCD
Anxiety can show up in many different ways, including constant worry, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, panic, or patterns that are difficult to break. It can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the present.
Therapy can help you better understand your anxiety, develop practical strategies that fit your life, and help you feel more grounded in your daily life.
Depression & Mood Concerns
Depression and other mood concerns can affect your energy, motivation, relationships, and overall well being. Even small tasks can feel like more than you can carry, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unlike yourself.
Healing doesn’t mean feeling happy all of the time. It means learning to navigate difficult emotions with greater understanding and self compassion while recognizing your strengths and make meaningful changes that support your emotional well being.
EMDR Therapy
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence based approach that can help you work through difficult experiences and reduce the impact they continue to have on your life.
EMDR may be incorporated into therapy when it feels appropriate and helpful for what you’re working through.
